Yes — basic architectural planning and structural design come included in our turnkey packages. You do not need to hire a separate architect for the drawing set.
How is built-up area calculated?
Built-up area is the total floor space your building covers — including every room, balcony, and wall thickness on each floor. We measure this clearly before quoting so there are no surprises.
Can I switch brands or upgrade materials?
Yes, every package is flexible. If you want Italian marble instead of vitrified tiles, or Kohler instead of Parryware — we adjust the cost accordingly and tell you the exact difference upfront.
When do I have to pay?
We follow a milestone-based schedule — you pay in stages as construction progresses: foundation, plinth, lintel, slab, finishing. You never pay for work that has not happened yet.
